Dallas Adventures – Part 4

Today we had the Memorial Day barbeque. Family came from out of state and we had a party around the pool.
Mr. Cookie Momster smoked a brisket overnight in his new Big Green Egg grill.
He also cooked sausage and corn on the cob. Cooking for family makes him a very happy man.
Potato and Bacon Salad,
Deviled Eggs, and
Greek-Style Green Beans. We baked
Tender Potato Rolls, and rounded out the meal with some fresh fruit and a veggie tray for the health-conscious diners.
For dessert, we made
Peach Crisp III and homemade
Vanilla Ice Cream I. We ate, sat around the pool, visited and had a good time.
Now I leave Dallas and travel to San Antonio for some new adventures. Arrivederci, Dallas! Next stop, San Antonio.
