Charleston is a beautiful city and I had a wonderful time walking around downtown taking in the beauty. I was stopped by numerous people wanting to know what a famous Italian chef was doing walking around with a crazy pup (he insisted on coming along)!
Kylee first took me downtown to see the beautiful old homes that overlook the water. Ft. Sumter was within view and we watched a lot of boats go by. We walked to a lovely church and then through a cemetery. Someone famous is buried there, but I forget his
name! After our stroll we went across the river to get a closer look at the carrier and sub and then went to Ft. Moultrie. I couldn't have asked for better weather and can't wait to come back to Charleston to see even more!!
