Last-a Day Almost a-killed Me! But it was all-a FUN!

My last-a full day with jrbaker was a BIZZY BIZZY day! Jrbaker woke me up and said, "Luigi, you like-a tha sports, no?" And I patted my belly and told her I used-ta play tha sports back in the old country, before I became a chef and ate too much of my
own-a gourmet cooking! But, she promised me a great-a day of touring the beautiful city of Charlotte.
Offa we went to see the sights. They have-a tha racing at the Charlotte Motor Speedway.   They have-a the football stadium, where the Carolina Panthers play. They have-a tha basketball arena, where the Bobcats play. They even have-a tha Hockey and-a tha
Baseball! My head was-a spinning with all the sights of the big city. Jrbaker and her girls tolda me it wazza time to take a break, and she wazza going to take-a Luigi somewhere very special. I wazza excited! We drove up to a place called Amelie's, and
it is a French bakery in Charlotte. I wazza like, "Woman, why are you-a takin Luigi to tha French bakery?" She saida "Trust me, Luigi." How could I not?

I told her she was LIKE-A a little cream-a puff! (The ladies, they love-a me. Even tha baby.) After a tour of tha city, it wazza nice to sit in the beautiful bakery and enjoy the treat.
Then, it wazza time for-tha business of cooking. We were-a gonna make Crabba Cakes! The recipe can be founda here:

wazza stufffed, and tha oldest girl dressed-a me up like-a Mariachi and tolda me I wazza silly.Â
I hadda FABULOSO time with jrbaker and her familia. They wore me out, but it wazza nice to spenda tha time with them in a beautiful city. I'm preparing for my trip to New Jersey with Yo Mags now, so until next-a time "Cooka good food, make-a nice friends,
