This is bit of sad day, but also happy. Sad because I am no longer with LB, but happy because I set for Mohave Valley visit and Sharyl4! Chef Luigi happy about that.

For final day, LB make Chef Luigi feast. Here he have main dish - steak fajitas!

very yummy and tasty, but Chef Luigi had to cut up vegetables

Here is table set before big send-off meal.

fajitas, pico de gallo, shredded chicken quesadillas, chips... very delicious

For drinks, LB offer Chef Luigi bit of Peruvian soda.

Inca Kola come from Peru!

It taste good, but Chef Luigi also have something from Mexico.

very sweet apple drink

The drink was thick and Chef Luigi like it!

But we not done with drinks. Chef Luigi see something he want to try but LB little hesitant.

LB say this is the good stuff

Chef Luigi love Patron tequila. LB say this very expensive drink and he save it for special occasion. Chef Luigi wonder why visit not special occasion but LB has more tequila.

this one called 100 AƱos, which means 100 years

LB buy this bottle in Mexico, in Mazatlan, and we drink some.

But Chef Luigi love LB's El Jimador tequila, which LB bought in Mexico too, in Jalisco, birthplace of tequila. We get little carried away, but we say why not since this was the last day of my visit to Riverside.

why is kitchen spinning?

Thank you LB for a great week! And thank you to everyone for following along with Chef Luigi's adventures in Riverside with LB and his fantastic family!

Next time I check in, I will do so from Arizona. I hope Sharyl have something for hangover.

Can't wait to get there.

Ciao!
