Miso Soup

This tastes just like the miso soup you would get at your local sushi place. It's so easy yet so flavorful. By the way I think dashi is actually the brand name similar to HonDashi not the actual ingredient because I went to a chinese/Japanese supermarket and the worker did not know what I was talking about I told him it was a fish stock which can be a water base like or sold as dried granules and he really couldn't help, but after looking in the spice aisle I found HonDashi which is (dashi) according to the recipe and a package just like Hondashi but a different name brand also the same thing. I used the yellow miso paste and it came out just like I wanted, restaurant quality.

Donna's Famous Cheesecake

Very good cheesecake! This recipe equals exactly two pre-made crusts from the grocery store. You can always freeze these just make sure you don't add any toppings to the cheesecake until you take out from the freezer. I have made this this recipe multiple times and it's my husbands favorite. Thanks for the recipe!!!

Chocolate Bliss Cheesecake

I originally got this recipe out of a recipe book and later found out it's on the bakers package of the chocolate squares. So I decided to search and see if it was on allrecipes, which it is. This recipe is easy! I am having a new years after party at my house and am going to have a lot of guests so I decided to make a this, except I didn't bake this in a springform pan but in a muffin pan with liners because slicing a large cheesecake is a lot of work and it ruins the presentation. It came out NICE! This recipe came out for exactly 2 muffin pans all I did was pat down a tablespoon of the crumb mixture onto each muffin liner and a large dab of the cheesecake mixture and now I have a serving of 24 instead of 12! What a fabulous dessert! Can't wait to entertain my guests!

Raspberry Ribbons

I thought these were a lot bigger in person. They came out a little smaller than I thought, but they are still very good cookies! I did follow the recipe as stated and took the advice of a previous reviewer about heating the jam in the microwave for a better consistency for spreading. I also don't know why reviewers stated that cutting was difficult, I didn't have a problem at all. I waited exactly 2 minutes and transferred to a cutting board with two spatulas to prevent breakage and used a very thin knife to cut through these cookies and they cut pretty easily. They taste exquisite! Very soft and crunchy and the jam tops it off! I can't wait to entertain my guests what an attractive dessert!

Potato Clam Chowder

Just the recipe I was looking for. I wanted to make clam chowder for my husband before he came home from work and this recipe was perfect because it had all the ingredients on hand without me running to the store. I added a little bit more bacon than the recipe required. Great Clam Chowder soup!!!!! Highly recommend to anyone.

Chicken Marsala

My Husband and I ate out in Olive Garden and we ordered Chicken Marsala there, we liked it so much that I decided to cook it at home. I did some research and came across this recipe. I decided to give it a try and defiantly don't regret it! It tastes better than Olive Gardens recipe!!! I substituted mash potatoes instead of pasta as a side dish. Great Recipe!!! Highly recommend to anybody!
