Miso Soup
This tastes just like the miso soup you would get at your local sushi place. It's so easy yet so flavorful. By the way I think dashi is actually the brand name similar to HonDashi not the actual ingredient because I went to a chinese/Japanese supermarket and the worker did not know what I was talking about I told him it was a fish stock which can be a water base like or sold as dried granules and he really couldn't help, but after looking in the spice aisle I found HonDashi which is (dashi) according to the recipe and a package just like Hondashi but a different name brand also the same thing. I used the yellow miso paste and it came out just like I wanted, restaurant quality.

Donna's Famous Cheesecake
Very good cheesecake! This recipe equals exactly two pre-made crusts from the grocery store. You can always freeze these just make sure you don't add any toppings to the cheesecake until you take out from the freezer. I have made this this recipe multiple times and it's my husbands favorite. Thanks for the recipe!!!

Chocolate Bliss Cheesecake
I originally got this recipe out of a recipe book and later found out it's on the bakers package of the chocolate squares. So I decided to search and see if it was on allrecipes, which it is. This recipe is easy! I am having a new years after party at my house and am going to have a lot of guests so I decided to make a this, except I didn't bake this in a springform pan but in a muffin pan with liners because slicing a large cheesecake is a lot of work and it ruins the presentation. It came out NICE! This recipe came out for exactly 2 muffin pans all I did was pat down a tablespoon of the crumb mixture onto each muffin liner and a large dab of the cheesecake mixture and now I have a serving of 24 instead of 12! What a fabulous dessert! Can't wait to entertain my guests!
