Grandpa's Classic Coney Sauce
This was GREAT, it made great CONEYS (which by the way are NOT Chili Dogs)!!! I followed the recipe except for 2 things. I used lean ground turkey instead of the beef (since we did NOT use turkey dogs, needed to cut fat somewhere!) and added 2 or 3 shakes of Lousianna Hot sauce too. Great recipe!

Italian Sausage, Peppers, and Onions
This was really good!!! The only small changes is made was I used olive oil instead of butter, added a small pinch of fennel seed and a small pinch of red pepper flakes. We served this over spaghetti and it was great!!! I did slice the sausage into rounds before browning too.

Bill's Blue Cheese Dressing
I really don't like to rate recipes I've altered but everones taste is a little different and I even alter recipes I've used forever because your tastes are always changing, however I think was was a very good dressing. I did make a few modifications though. I only used 1 cup mayo and closer to 1 cup sour cream. I used everything else as stated except I did add a pinch of red pepper (I add this to almost everything!) and add the juice of a small lemon. After I added the lemon juice I thought the flavor was much better. I think the lemon juice gives it a cleaner taste. This is just my personal taste though!
