These are absolutely fantastic! I made them for a bake sale, and after tasting one, my husband told me they weren't getting out of the house. One day later, he says they're the best cookies he ever had in his life. I used 1/2 cup more of flour than the recipe called for, and didn't have any leakage problems. I made the dough into a ball in the palm of my hand, flattened it out to about a 2-1/2 inch diameter circle, and then bunched it around the Rolo. I did try to make sure the bunched-up part ended up on the bottom of the cookie, so as to minimize any possible leakage. I also added 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and mixed all the walnuts into the dough. I will make these again and again.
