Slow-Cooked Chili

Amazing! I used 2lbs ground turkey (seasoned it with a bit of cumin and garlic powder) instead of ground beef, omitted the green pepper only because my husband doesn't like them otherwise I would have put it in, doubled the tomato sauce (as I like to crumble Saltines into my bowl), used Red Gold chili ready tomatoes and added an extra clove garlic. This is definitely one of the BEST chilis I have had! Thank you for a great recipe!

Shrimp Artichoke Dip

This dip is fantastic! I followed other reviewers advice and added a can of crab to a doubled recipe and sauteed the shrimp in butter and garlic. I also added the 2/3 cup sour cream. Wonderful! I have two large batches waiting to be cooked up tomorrow for Thanksgiving. My husband and I already polished off the small sampling I made for us tonight in about three seconds! Thank you for the great recipe!

Bloody Mary Chicken

This turned out so well! I seasoned the chicken breasts with some Italian seasoning before adding to the slow cooker, and added some minced garlic to the sauce. The chicken was so tender that it fell apart when I was checking it. I broke it apart while in the slow cooker and let it sit for a little while longer. Amazing! I did check the chicken at around 6 hours and it was already done. Served over brown rice. Very good. Will make again!

Terrific Turkey Meat Loaf

This is fantastic! I used a whole egg, rather than just the egg white. Omitted the green pepper (my husband doesn't like them, otherwise I wouldn't have!) and the olives. I used bread crumbs instead of oat bran and doubled the onion and garlic. It turned out amazing! So moist and flavorful. I also only cooked it for about 45-50 minutes. I will definitely be making this regularly!
