Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2011
Made this yesterday, I knew I was going to be gone all day and the husband was going to be hungry when he got home from work. He put it in tortillas and loved it! I didn't have much Franks Red Wing sauce so I used a can of chicken broth to cover the chicken. It was so moist and delicious!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2011
Pretty good, I didn't add the salt and pepper, and I used crushed gold fish instead of bread crumbs. Turned out pretty good!

Amazing Slow Cooker Orange Chicken

Reviewed: May 30, 2010
I had the same problems with the batter as everyone else did. Next time I would add more flour to see if it sticks then. Was not the type of Orange Chicken I was thinking about.

Lasagna Roll Ups

Very good, but so hard to roll! I kept burning my hands on the hot noodles and they were so slimy!

The husband loved it! He thought it was better than his mom's Chicken Noodle soup! I thought it was a little salty, but was still good!

My husband isn't a big spaghetti fan since when we were younger we only had enough money to afford spaghetti for a month! But he loved this recipe even shared it with some of his coworkers and they all loved it also!

Mine sure didn't look like Gordon Ramsey's but still tasted good! I like many others didn't use the liver paste.

Was great for the rainy day we had! I added in some onion, and some flour to thicken it up, it was a little runny. Tasted great, and I have lots of leftovers!!

Slow-Cooker Posole

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2010
Mine was spicy, but I think it was only because of the enchilada sauce I used was really spicy. But it was good! I had enough to share with the 2 1/2 men, my brother-in-laws and nephew, and also my family! Really easy to make.

Spinach Enchiladas

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2010
Very easy to make, but everyone complained that they didn't have much flavor. The enchilada sauce was the only thing giving it lots of heat.

Made this tonight to go with Corn Chowder. I cooked it for the right amount of time, and temp but it burnt :( Tastes pretty good, but not as sweet as I like.

Easy Broccoli Quiche

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2010
Was very easy! I made my own pie crust because I had forgotten to get some at the store whoops, probably taste better fresh any how. I also didn't have enough fresh broccoli so I used 1 cup fresh and 1 cup frozen. I am the type to put ketchup on most quiche and I am happy to say that this one didn't need any ketchup! I think the next time I make it though I am going to add some mushrooms!

Was a little too runny for my taste, I added some cilantro to give it some extra flavor. We cooked it on high for 5 hours.

I made this for Valentines day, turned out very good! I couldn't find ladyfingers so I instead used Nilla Wafers, and soaked them for about 15 seconds each in the coffee, still was very yummy!
