Pam's Bierocks

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2010
Great recipe of a classic Volga-German dish. I like to add mustard. Sometimes I change the filling to ham and cheese or hamburger taco. These are time-consuming but freeze well and make an easy snack or meal.

Great stuff! I use two medium potatoes and add just enough half-and-half or milk to make it creamy.

Quick & Fresh Cranberry-Orange Relish

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2011
Yum! Very fruity, sweet tasting relish. I put in first the orange and chopped it, then the cranberries and chopped them, to have the most control of the size of the pieces. A nice touch for the Thanksgiving table or with poultry or ham.

Fun for kids. This has the "egg-y" taste typical of the cake-in-a-mug recipes, but the kids love it.
