Gnocchi Bake
I agree that the recipe was a little bland, but the hubby likes it that way! I did add fresh garlic, onion powder, and italian seasonings and that added a little more flavor to it. I also used ground beef as sausage tends to be a little too much for me. My hubby says he will definately want this one again.

Yummy Cheese Ball
I have made this recipe for the past two Thanksgivings and it has been a real hit! I make one ball with extra green onions and add some green pepper to it as well. I have to leave one ball without green onions and pepper as the hubby will not eat anything "good for him!" Highly recommend this...I have people asking me for the recipe each time I make it!

Peanut Butter Cookies III
The reason I chose this recipe was because I did not have any brown sugar. Next time, I will make the special trip to the store! This recipe is good for people who do not like sweet cookies. I could hardly taste the peanut butter either. I made these for a company party and I was embarrassed to admit I had cooked them.
