Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2014
I can't rate this recipe "as is" because I added a few extras as recommended by other reviewers. I feel is was a bit bland even after adding 1/2 of a small onion, 3/4 cup milk and about 1/2 tsp. of thyme. I was concerned about the salt with the soups added so I didn't add any extra. It did need some on the finished dish. Honestly, the best part was the buttery crackers crumbled on top. I probably won't make it again unless I am in a slump with dinner ideas.

Cranberry Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2013
I was a hater of cranberry sauce until I realized how amazing it is NOT from a can! This recipe is now a must at our large holiday gatherings and I'm always asked for the recipe! Skip the can!

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2013
One of our favorite sloppy Pacific Northwest weather meals! We've changed it up a couple of times and added sliced sausage to the recipe which is yummy too! We also replace the spinach with Kale sometimes. Serve this with some toasted Asiago bread! Amazing.

Mediterranean Quinoa Salad

Reviewed: May 17, 2011
WOW! If you like mediterranean food, don't pass this one up! This recipe is wonderful and will be a staple for us, especially through the summer! I didn't have any fresh parsely or chives so I omitted those, omitted the chicken (already had a main dish) and used minced garlic instead of a whole clove. Next time I'll add those herbs as I'm sure they can only enhance the flavor even more. FANTASTIC!

Macaroni and Cheese V

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2011
Loved it! Not too cheesy, not too dry. I used the whole bag of macaroni (1lb 6oz) and doubled all other ingredients. I plan on making this again for a potluck later this week!

Quick Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2010
I also added some flour (1/4 cup) and left them in round balls until I removed them from the oven. Then criss-crossed them with a fork. They taste WONDERFUL and were so easy to make saving me lots of time!
