Awesome muffin recipe, I just tweaked it a bit. I used an extra cup of rhubarb, and an extra 1/2 tsp. baking powder, as suggested by other reveiws I also topped with a struesel topping instead. Baking time was spot on and this makes 18 muffins. This recipe is my new favorite.

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

Awesome turkey burgers, the only change I make is I add a package of dry onion soup mix, adds tons of flavor.

Turkey Veggie Meatloaf Cups

This has become one of my favorite ground turkey recipes. I also don't have a food processor so I just chopped the veggie's very small. A definite keeper. Thank you for the submit.

Chicken Quesadillas

Awesome recipe, the only change I made was I sprayed the tortillas with buttery pam, bottom first then I filled them and then sprayed the tops. Made it crispy and less fat then using melted butter. Thanks for the recipe.

The Best Turkey Chili

I make this about the same, but I like to add whole canned mushrooms and pork and beans with molassas.I add a couple packages of already made chili spice you can buy at any store instead of the cumin, parsley and oregano. The combination is perfect. All in all an awesome recipe. Thank you for sharing.

Southwest Summer Pork Chops

Awesome pork chops, one of our favs., I like the way it burns a bit on the grill, adds more flavour for me that way. Will try on chicken next time as another reviewer mentioned.

Simple Whole Roasted Chicken

Awesome tasting chicken, but wish someone would have comented on putting a lid on the roasting pan, my oven was one horable mess, took hours to clean up. Will do again with a lid.

Chicken and Mushroom Saute

My husbands favorite chicken recipe, instead of the butter I use buttery pam spray, also use olive oil, fresh mushrooms and onion soup mix, and I use chicken broth instead of water and bouillon. I would give more stars if I could. Big hit in our house.
