Baked Teriyaki Chicken
I made this before but didn't rate it til now. This is my second time making this and something in the back of my mind said that the last time I made this I should have marinaided this longer. So with that in mind I did warm up the sauce so that the sugar would melt then poured the juice over the chicken pieces in a marinaide bag and left in the fridge overnight. Total time was around 17 hrs. Then I cooked it the way the recipe said. Hubby raved about it. Our friend said that some pieces had more flavor than others so next time I might tenderize the chicken to see how that works. Otherwise this was a great meal and I'll make this again!!

Southern Pulled Pork
I got home after going to the grocers and discovered I had bought beef instead of pork. Still came out great. I didn't use any of the left over juices but instead used some nice bbq sauce. Will make this again this time with the pork! =)

Garlic Cheddar Chicken
I thought this was going to be like another recipe I have that calls for the parm cheese and bread crumbs but it wasn't like it at all. OMG it is soooo good. Hubby raved about it. I cheated and nuked the butter and used fresh minced garlic but otherwise this goes into our rotation and that other one comes out, lol.
