Sunshine Chicken
Yummy! I only added some red pepper flakes because my husband and I both love the heat. Other than that I made it just as directed. It was delicious!

Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli
At first I thought I wouldn't like these. They smelled very strong and I tasted a bite right after adding lemon juice and the flavor was unpleasant. I let them sit while I finished preparing the rest of the meal. By the time we sat down to eat maybe 10 minutes later, the broccoli was delicious! I think the lemon juice had somewhat gone to the bottom of the dish by then. Next time I will use very little lemon juice.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
These were excellent! So chewy and soft. I am not a chocolate lover, so I was looking for an alternative to peanut blossoms (topped with a hershey kiss). These were great! Just a little chocolate with tons of yummy peanut butter!
