Pillsbury makes a non-perforated crescent sheet that works wonderfully to cover the brie. Bake at the same time that the recipe calls for. After the first time, I cut it into quarters to put more preserves in it because it didn't seem like there was enough. If you skip the egg white at the end, it will expand more than you realize. I have found spraying a pan, putting down foil, and spraying the foil before putting the brie down helps reduce residue on the pan. Also, the recipe does not state to remove the rind off of the brie! This is an excellent recipe for parties. Everyone wants you to bring it again!
