Chicken Florentine Casserole

I first made this recipe exactly as written, and it was good. I did notice, however, that in layering the spinach and mushrooms in the pan, I would get random huge bites of spinach, and then none in other bites. I would have given the dish 3 stars then. After reading reviews from others, it's not the ingredients I changed (aside from milk instead of half and half), but rather the way I put it together. Everything up to step three I follow- then I simply add my spinach, bacon, and mushrooms to the sauce itself, stir it all together- place the chicken in my pan (do not brown it first, waste of time) and pour the sauce to coat. Pop it in the oven for about 25 minutes and it comes out perfect! Letting it set after pulling it out of the oven thickens the sauce a bit, and it's simply DELICIOUS. I've made this recipe time and time again and it's one of my favorites on allrecipes!

Easy White Chicken Chili

This is good- definitely good- and sure is as hot as the reviews claim it to be (though I'm not too shy!). We followed the recipe exactly, with the exception of a frozen cup of corn and shredding the chicken. My one wish was that it was thicker, but I see other reviewers suggested pureering a can of the beans (what I would have done had my mini blender not been broken, sad day) to make it thicker. Will try that next time, and cut down on the heat if making for guests. Nice recipe, though!

Chicken Monterey

Love this recipe- I always make it when I've got time for something other then sloppy joes or turkey burgers. It definitely has a prep time, but your patience will be rewarded with a tasty dish fit for guests! I'm finding it odd that some people are complaining about the cheese in the recipe- when it's sort of the biggest deal to it, lol. I don't change anything except the white pepper (which I don't have)- and it turns out great- I serve it with some wild rice and steamed kale and it's great!

Simple Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wraps

Great recipe! I was a little pensive about the cayenne pepper, based on my inexperience with it and the reviews left by others- however, it only added to the dish, it was not THAT spicy! I followed the recipe exactly. I simply used romaine instead of spinach, sprinkled a little sharp cheddar and sliced purple onions on top, and it was great! Thx for the recipe!

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Didn't change a thing and it was delicious!! Paired the chicken kabobs with some red potatoes, sliced purple onions, grilled asparagus, and garlic bread & it was a great dinner- thx for the recipe!!

Baked Chicken

I'm usually not one to hate, and I'm not a picky eater by any means- but I just wasn't diggin this recipe. I'm extremely suprised more people didn't mention how SALTY this ended up being with all that onion soup mix! (I added about 2 cups more cornflakes like others suggested, too). I had to scrape most of my breading off just to get through my piece of chicken, and to tell you the truth, the smell in the fridge the next morning was pure onion soup mix. I wouldn't put more then a third of the packet in next time, if any at all!
