It doesnt seem right to me. My fiance will eat just about anyhting thank god, but I dont care for it. Like one reviewer said, its just the wrong blend of tastes. Next time ill try not adding the tomatoe suace, and instead add bell peppers and pimentos and stuff.

Slow Cooker Carnitas

yumm! I used bottom round venison for this and it turned out so good! venison carnita tacos! i kept the ingredients but used only 2 lbs of venison, and left out the cinnomin. Also, i did brown it in the oven, but only for 10 minutes sence venison dries out easily.

Ginger-Scallion Crusted Salmon

Maybe Ill food process the ingredients for the ginger crust so that it can soak in a bit more, it didnt have as much impact as it could have had. besides that everything was abslutly great. didnt get a chance to make the salad, will next time!! and i never used the ponzu butter becuase i never noticed it till now. it was great without!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

OMG! This was AMAZING! I just have one loaf left, and I made this last night after Dinner. I substituted whole wheat all purpose for bleached all purpose flour, and I used 2 1/2 cups splenda instead of sugar (I realize now that i added a whole 1/4 exrta cup but it was still really good!) My family is already telling me I need to make more!

this was great, I doubled the orange juice for extra sauce, and added cornstarch to thicken the sauce. at the end i put the oven on broil to get a nice crispy chicken.

Pizza Dough I

this pizza dough was so amazing!!! Ive tried so many recipes where you have to wait several hours for rising, but they never turned out that great. always too chewy...But this was so fabulouse and so easy. I cant wait to make another pizza! I substituted 2 cups flour for whole wheat flour, keeping one cup of white flour for aq healthier pizza, and topped it with turkey pepperoni and buffallo meat, my fam was raving about it!

Veronica's Hot Spinach, Artichoke and Chile Dip

this was so good! not as thick as i wanted it to be at first but after refrigerating it and reheating when I wanted some it thickened up nicely. I love the slight spiceness. The only thing I di different was use reduced fat cream cheese and mayo.
