Sweet Potato Casserole II
Yummy! I made this for my family using 6 large baked sweet potatoes and yams (3 each), so I probably had more then the four cups the recipe called for. I added one additional egg, but kept everything else the same. It came out perfect, and not too sweet at all. My family loved it and there were no left-overs!
