These were the best pork chops I have ever made! I used boneless chops. I followed the recipe, except I didn't have but one can of cream of mushroom soup and I wanted to double the gravy like many cooks recommended. I did have a can of Golden Mushroom soup, so I used it and one can of cream of mushroom soup, 2/3 cup of wine and one cup of milk. I think the Golden Mushroom soup enhanced the gravy flavor. My hubby loved it . Usually, when we have baked pork chops, he turns up his nose--but not this time! You have got to try this recipe!!!
