Cowboy Oatmeal Cookies

These were the best cookies I have made! I took some to work and everybody went wild. They stay moist for days (if they are around that long!) Thanks for sharing this great recipe!

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

What a great pancake mix! They are so fluffy and light. I did increase the milk to 1 1/2 cups. My husband (who is not a pancake lover) asked for them two days in a row! This is now the only way to make pancakes!

Amish White Bread

Creamy Coleslaw

What a really good coleslaw! I cheated and used the package slaw mix. I did not have any raisins so I added rice vineager for a little sweetness. This is the slaw I am making from now on!!

Baked Potato Soup I

Everyone was right! This is the best baked potato soup I have ever had! I cut the recipe in half (just me and my hubby) and it was plenty--even had leftovers--which reheat nicely. It is so thick, all you need is some garlic bread and a salad. This is now the only baked potato soup I will make! Thanks for sharing.

This is one of the best side dish recipes I have found! I have fixed it with all fresh ingredients when I have time and also I've made it with canned when I'm in a hurry. Either way it is soo tasty! Thanks for sharing it with us!!

Baked Pork Chops I

These were the best pork chops I have ever made! I used boneless chops. I followed the recipe, except I didn't have but one can of cream of mushroom soup and I wanted to double the gravy like many cooks recommended. I did have a can of Golden Mushroom soup, so I used it and one can of cream of mushroom soup, 2/3 cup of wine and one cup of milk. I think the Golden Mushroom soup enhanced the gravy flavor. My hubby loved it . Usually, when we have baked pork chops, he turns up his nose--but not this time! You have got to try this recipe!!!

Lemon Horseradish New Potatoes

Loved this side dish! I didn't have a lot of time, so I boiled the potatoes and poured the sauce over them after draining. Next time I will bake everything together. Anyone looking for a different potato recipe should try this!

Pork Roast with Thyme

I have made this twice and it is just wonderful! The roast browns just enough and is sooo moist. I used a 21/2 boneless loin since it was just me and my husband. The vineager smell is noticeable for a while-- but who cares!! Thanks, Teresa, for a really great recipe.

Southern Living Magazine's Chicken-Fried Steak

This is such a good recipe for cubed steak. I really liked the cracker and flour mixture. I didn't make the gravy since my husband just wanted steak sandwiches. I can't wait to fix this again, with the gravy, of course!

What a great cobbler! It was very easy to put together. The only thing I will do differently the next time I make it is to use a smaller pan-it was a little bit thin-but it tasted yummy!!!
