Easy Chicken and Corn Chowder

Made this following the recipe, held off adding salt until just before serving. Used about the same amount of chicken as diced potatoes. Added poultry seasoning and turmeric as others recommended, and a few strips of bacon. Very delicious ad rich. cooked in crock pot after The recipe makes 6 - 8 hearty servings. looking forward to leftovers. Will make this again. I think turkey would make a fine substitute and it is rich enough to possible carry langostino, shrimp and seafood, though timing if adding seafood could get tricky. Enjoy! we did.

Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free!)

Made as printed in recipe. As others suggested I washed well, in fact I removed the hulls from each bean. Came out perfect! Served with Fresh Strawberry Sauce from this site and fresh whipped cream. Ala mode the nextr day with vanilla ice cream. The cake itself is not very sweet. I used a combo of semi sweet and dark chocolate chips.

Fresh Strawberry Sauce

Made exactly from recipe. It was great over garbanzo bean chocolate cake from this site (also 5 star). By the way, one pint of strawberries is 2.3 cups. I would go light oin the sugar. Sauce was also good on ice cream and waffles.

Angel Hair Pasta with Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli

Simple to prepare and simply delicous. Made from recipe, I would prefer a bit more heat next time, will try cayenne or red pepper flakes. This makes a great low carb meal when using Dreamfields pasta.

Braised Pork Chops

Made this last night and it was great , especially the gravy. Had to substitute rubbed sage for marjoram, still fine. Choos came out moist and tender. Made with mashed potatoes.
