Chicken and Biscuit Casserole
We love this recipe at my house. Like others we use the chicken bouillon cubes instead of the broth and frozen peas instead of canned and we add frozen okra - YUM. To make it faster and a bit easier we also use a rotisserie chicken and frozen biscuits that I bake separate and just pour the "gravy" over. Comfort Food at it's finest!

Easy Corn Pudding
My grandmother use to make this years ago. Her recipe adds 2 eggs and 4 green onions chipped fine. You have to bake for 45 min if you add the eggs. However, either way, this is a great addition to holiday tables!
