Extremely easy, and good! I used 1/2 cup brown sugar, because the fruit I was using was pretty sweet on it's own. Thanks for this easy, good fruit dip recipe, I will be using this one as my go too fruit dip recipe.

Honey Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2010
Very easy, and good, I made a few changes, I added two crushed garlic cloves to the sauce, and I Marinated the pork in the sauce for about and hour, I also placed tin foil over the top loosely, to keep the sauce from burning. Each oven is different, and my oven cooked this very quickly. Everyone loved this, the sauce just put it over the top to excellant! Will make again and again.

Banana Oat Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2010
Very good, moist, topping was perfect! I didn't process the oats, used plain yogurt because that is what I had on hand, used almond and banana flavorings, used pecans and chocolate chips, used only 3/4 cup sugar, added wheat germ and flax seed. Will make again with out the flax seed as it caused some problems with my daughter. I love it however and so does my husband.

Bacon Wrapped Hamburgers

All we can say if you haven't tried this, you should! I used 1 pound ground sirloin, and instead of parmesan cheese used motzerella, it's what I had on hand, used already cooked bacon, added a couple crushed garlic cloves, these burgers were goooood and juicy! I only got 4 burgers out of this, so next time and there will be a next time, I will double the recipe!

Flourless Chocolate Cake I

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2010
All we can say is YUMMMY! We made one change, used 1/2 cup sugar, it was a oversight the first time but did the second time as well, because it wasn't missed. If you are a true chocolate lover, this will simply be a slice of YUMMMY for you!! Would strongly suggest, you try this. I used a 9" springform pan, which I greased & then lined bottom with parchment paper which I sprinkled cocoa over, wraped the bottom of the entire 9" pan with tin foil to keep the bottom out of the water bath, one piece of the heavy would do. I baked 10 min longer than recipe called for, every oven is different, it seems mine always requires this. We have some friends we are serving this too ,one of them has celiac problems.

Pork Marsala

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2010
Very good! served with mashed red potatoes and oven baked asparagus! yumm. The Marsala flavor was way to strong for us, so I opened a can of low sodium beef stock(chicken would do) added the left over flour from pork chops to made a very nice mushroom gravy. I also added fresh finely chopped parsley to this gravy. yummm!!

Orange, Walnut, Gorgonzola and Mixed Greens Salad with Fresh Citrus Vinaigrette

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2010
Wonderful salad, don't pass on making the wonderful dressing, you will miss a big taste treat! The recipe's summary in the beginning called for glazed walnuts, so I found a recipe on this sight for them! I added a tsp. of fresh rosemary leaves chopped ever so fine and added in with the maple syrup mixture. I had never had Gorgonzola cheese it was just one of the great flavors of this salad, the pallet was constantly getting a new flavor! YUMMM! YUMMM! Everyone loved it! I did add, the meat from a Rotisserie chicken so it would be a complete meal for all and then some!

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries

Reviewed: May 30, 2010
I used both chicken thighs and breasts. I cut up the herbs and spices and put them in the oil and then marinated the chicken and vegtables(butternut squash, red potatoes, & mushrooms) overnight. I baked the vegtables for 25 mins and then put the chicken under them for the next 35 min. I served corn on the cob for the side. We all liked this and I will fix again! Very good flavors!

If I could give more stars, I would! I followed the recipe, except, I chopped up some of the maraschino cherries and added in the batter, plus a tsp. of vanilla to the batter. We had a lot people drop in today, and most are gone, I hid some for later. You won't be sorry if you at least try this one! It is easy to put together!

I made exactly as directed. I was dissappointed. We love mango, so hated the huge expense and waste of them! I am giving this two stars as it sounds like some did like it, I had 3 guest for dinner and they were not a hit.

Tropical Grilled Pork Chops

Reviewed: May 26, 2010
The sauce was great! I could not find cardamom seeds so I used coriander about a teaspoon, could not find rice wine vinegar so I used apple juice! Did not use the jalapeno! The pork chops even after marinadeing them was extrememly tough! I will try chicken, next time and there will be a next time! The sauce was great! I will try with thicker pork chops, I think that was my problem, mine was too thin, possibley simply bake them in oven, like others said they chose to do.
