Hungarian Mushroom Soup

I'd give it more stars if I could. This was the best chicken noodle soup I have ever had. My husband and toddler couldn't agree more. I added thin slices of carrots to mine and used 7 boullion cubes rather than chicken broth and let it simmer all afternoon, mmmm! I did have to use a little more corn starch than was called for.

Chocolate Crinkles II

Very good! These were extremely messy to make, even after allowing time to refrigerate. I found that by spraying my hands with cooking spray before rolling the cookie helped tremendously!

Cottage Cheese Roast

This was great! My husband is a vegetarian and I try to make things he likes and I can tolerate. I absolutely loved it! The flavor and texture is just like hamburger; will be great as sandwiches for the next day. Even our ten month old liked it.
