Tina's Shortbread Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are so yummy! Catch them right before they begin browning and let them cool before eating. I could eat the whole batch they are that good. Of course I love shortbread too!

Happy Shrimp

Very good! We will be making this one again. We used half and half as that was all we had on hand. At the end we stirred in our whole wheat pasta and shrimp and let it soak up all the juices and flavor. Yum yummy!

Orzo Shrimp Stew

This was really yummy with a few changes. We like more spice so we added some spicy pork sausage and garlic like another review suggested. We didn't have broccoli on hand so we used green and red pepper. We also had fresh basil that we stired in at the last second. Very good and easy and we will make it again.

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps

These were really good. I cut a slit down the side of each pepper and used the back of a fork to scrap out the seeds. As another suggested, I boiled the peppers for a few minutes to make them more tender. Since I left the peppers whole with just a slit in the side the cheese stayed put nicely when grilling. I do recommend freezing the stuffed peppers for 10 minutes before throwing on the grill. And they're hot! Yum!

Blueberry Streusel Cobbler

This was good, definitely not a true cobbler more like a cake. It would be nice for breakfast. I give it only three stars because its just that, good but not great. I think I'll try another recipe next time.
