Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2010
YUMMY! Used wheat flour instead of white, these came out nice. I also grated a few pieces of chocolate in the batter before baking. 4 of 5 wish these were a little more moist.

Sweet and Sour Sauce I

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2010
YUM. I used this sauce to marinade spam and broccoli for wontons. I also made cream cheese wontons and drizzled the remaining sauce all over after they were fried! Instead of using white sugar, I used brown. I didn't have cornstarch but this still turned out once mixture cooled. I didn't measure anything lol I don't think you can go wrong with this one. Give it a try!

Too Easy Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2010
Quick & Easy! I used canned peaches and frozen mixed berries. Instead of white bread & flour, I used wheat and it still turned out yummy. I used a casserole dish and doubled the recipe but only used 3/4 cup of sugar, anymore would have been too much! Don't forget the vanilla icecream, this really completes this dish.

Barbeque Bacon Quesadillas

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2010
MMMMmmm this was good! super duper rich tho! Use less bbq sauce, just a thin layer is all you need. Use brown sugar bbq sauce vs adding brown sugar. After onions are soft remove from pan until bacon is almost cooked. Don't skip the cilantro this adds a nice balance of flavor!
