Pecan Tarts

I followed the recipe to a "T" when making the crusts, but the dough was FAR too dry. I added a a tablespoon more margarine, but the end result was crumbly tart crusts- they were TOO crumbly. I loved the filling! I will search the site for another suggestion for the shells though.

Bourbon-Glazed Ham

I used this recipe for our Christmas ham, and we were all happy that I did! We used the left over juice in the pan to pour over the slices. The only thing I did differently was to pour over the juice from the pineapple rings that I put on top for decoration before I put the ham in to bake. DELICIOUS! :)

Cherry Rum Balls

These are delicious! I'm seriously contemplating on whether I'll have a rum ball face-off with my mother-in-law using this recipe! I didn't have the candied cherries, so I used maraschino cherries instead. Yum Yum! This will be a new holiday tradition for me! :)

Baked Pork Chops I

This was the recipe I went with for my first attempt at pork chops. I made the mistake of seasoning the pork chops with seasoned salt AND adding the seasoned salt to my bread crumbs. They were really salty, but that was my mistake. The chops were still juicy. For my next go around, I followed the directions to a T, and they were delicious! This will probably be a dish I'll make once a month. Thank you for sharing!
