Baking Powder Biscuits II

My family and I really enjoyed these biscuits. They were very easy to make, and tasted great! The only thing I would say it to make a double batch, they go fast!

I have made recipe several times. It is really good, and creamy. Like others have said the sour cream seems weird, but don't skip it, it makes it so good! The thing about this recipe is that you can use lowfat sour cream and motzerella and cut down on a bit of the fat, you can even use turkey burger or drain and rinse you hamburger to cut down on fat that way too. A great meal!

Hard Candy

I used this recipe today and it turned out great! I used Rum flavoring and no coloring. It tastes so good, my family and I can't stop eating it. I am going to try other flavors too.

Mini Meatloaves

I love this recipe, I use it all the time, it's great when you want to make a nice meal for visitors. The only thing I do different is add Lipton Onion Soup Mix I add a whole package to the meat mixture. It just peps it up a bit more.

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

This recipe was so good! I had zucchini and blueberries that I needed to use, and this was perfect. My family ate it up. Then I made this recipe with chocolate chips instead of berries, and butterscotch chips as well. The bread turned out so yummy! Thank you!

Ten Bean Soup I

I made this recipe just like it said, but I felt it was a bit flavorless. So I added some chicken stock and a couple of chicken bouillon cubes, and it tasted really good. A great recipe to use for the Ten bean mix I bought for my food storage. My husband enjoyed it too. Thank you.

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

These were melt in your mouth good. Easy to make, and worth the effort involved. I will make these again. I didnt have red enchilada sauce so I used the green sauce instead, and they were so good.

Really Basic Peanut Butter Cookies

No Bake Cookies I

The cookies turned out great! I could never figure out how long to boil the cookies I have made in the past, and they never turned out. These were perfect. One thing I like to add to no bake cookies is a bit of shredded coconut. Great recipe!

Hamburger Rice Soup

This was so good! It was so easy to make& so filling, it really hit the spot. My husband and 2 year old daughter ate it up. I did add seasoning salt to the hamburger while I was cooking it, and a can of corn, and reduced the regular salt to 3 tsp. I will be making this again. Great recipe! Thank you.
