Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style
This was really spectacular! The biggest tip I can give if making this is use an alfredo sauce that you really like. Alfredo sauce makes up a huge part of this dip so obviously if you don't like jarred sauce, don't use jarred sauce! I mixed everything together in a bowl and threw it in the crockpot for New Years Eve. Low for 3 hours to heat through and then put on warm. Everyone loved this!

Potato Casserole II
I use less butter, and one can of cream of chicken, one can of cream of celery. I also sometimes sub out potato chips for French's onions, and sometimes add diced cooked ham. Anyway you make it is comfort food at it's best.

Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak
I make this all the time! The only thing I do differently is I add a little bit of ground ginger to it, use one red bell pepper and one green bell pepper, and I omit the salt. Soy sauce is salty enough. Really great. Sometimes I serve it over rice and sometimes I serve it over egg noodles. One of my go to crock pot recipes.
