This is an awesome dish. Followed the recepie almost exactly. Put a little less marmalade init. Used legs and thighs. cooked it on low for 6 hours. Put it over rice. My husband liked it. His suggestion was to maybe add some jalapeno peppers to make it a little on the spicy side. Something i did not know was that the coconut milk is down the international foods aisle in the store. Will surely try this again
