Terrific. I didn't use much effort spooning the dough out onto the baking sheets & they still looked great. Something about the unique look of each one really added to the presentation. I ended up doubling the dough, which made about 35, four bite eclairs. I made the posted amount of filling, which filled all the eclairs & had to double the chocolate recipe as I dipped all the eclairs heavily in chocolate.
For any Tim Horton's lovers out there (mostly Canadians", these turned out similar to a "Boston Cream", but tasted about 8 billion times better.
Anway, I loved these, as did my co-workers who gobbled them up in minutes.
