Dreamy Nighttime Drink

This was delish. I added a little more honey like some others had suggested and added just a little irish cream for the ultimate dreamy nighttime drink.

This pancake syrup is wonderful. I did the recipe as is except added 1/2 tsp of cinnamon instead of 1/4 because i like my food very flavorful. This syrup makes your pancakes taste like a cinnamon roll. YUMMMY!

Portobello Mushroom Burgers

Simple but very flavorful. I wasn't convinced that I would be satisfied with eating a mushroom disguised as a burger but it was actually really good and I'm a meat eater but I didn't miss the meat what so ever. Made the recipe as is and loved it!

Refried Beans Without the Refry

I thought these beans were great. I've never made homemade refried beans before. I made it how the recipe calls but used a whole bag of beans instead. Used 2 onions and 1 whole jalapeno pepper. I added a slight amount extra of the spices to account for the extra beans. Used my hand held mixer to blend it up and they were great. Never gonna go back to canned beans again. Who would of thunk it that a simple kansas girl could make some down right mean refried beans!

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

I've been making this recipe for a while and am just now getting around to writing a review. This stuff is awesome. I always get tons of compliments on it and it's always gone. Make it exactly how the recipe calls and it's so easy.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

I have made this several times and always get the biggest compliments on it. I normally add blueberries too and by the time I add the extra fruit it isn't as overly sweet as other people think.
