Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato Macaroni Salad
Really enjoyed this. The only change I made was to use grape tomatoes and cut them into need to seed. Reminds me of the traditional Midwestern macaroni salad my grandmother made when I was a kid. This is no relish, no red or green peppers, no pimentos, no eggs and no sugar. I'm sure you could add one or more of the above BUT there is no need for it. The green onion makes the salad crunchy and the last minutes addition of the bacon makes this a true winner. I will repeat what another reviewers said, "I will never again buy premade grocery store macaroni salad". Additionally, a nice change from the oil and vinegar-based pasta salads that I have been making.

Teriyaki Pineapple Turkey Burgers
Wanted a healthier way to make burgers. Of all the turkey burger recipes this is the best we have tried. Since turkey is such a lean meat/protein, I would suggest using the ground turkey that is 93/7. I put the formed burgers in the freezer for about 30 minutes. This made the burgers firm and we had no problem with the burgers falling apart while on the grill. The grilled pineapple adds the sweet while the cheese adds the saltly/savory. Cheddar cheese is what we use, however I am looking to try another type cheese just to switch it up a bit.

Supreme Strawberry Topping
Enjoyed. Made it to top chessecake. As everyone else said, much better than the "jellied strawberry" topping you find in the grocery store. Will make again. Would be great on waffles or pancakes.
