Bananas Foster Belgian Waffles
So happy I found this recipe. I wanted a recipe for my Belgian waffle maker but didn't want one that required me to whip egg whites into peaks. I wanted something similar to a regular waffle but made in a belgian waffle machine. This fit the bill & was so excited to try it. I only made the waffle part, not bananas foster but will try it sometime. Made as written & waffles were perfect! Picky hubby & kids loved it too! It's a keeper & my go to recipe now. Highly recommend it, nice vanilla flavor.

MMMMM... Brownies
Yummy! First time making from scratch & they turned out perfect! I am not a brownie person either! Followed recipe exactly but also incorporated some Health toffee bits I had on hand to make up the 1.5C semi sweet chips. Used 2Tbl Bailey's in lieu of water. Mixed eggs before adding, baked at 325 for 25 mins & perfect! So easy will make again! Thank you!

Chi Chi Dango Mochi
Wonderful Mochi recipe! The only thing I changed the second time making it was decrease sugar to 2C & left out the food coloring. First time I listened to another reviewer & cooked for 1hr. Not enough! It was mushy in the middle, had to toss. Second time I cooked for 1hr 15mins & checked with plastic knife in the middle. Rave reviews for this! Also, dusted with tapioca starch. I went to Chinatown & I did not find potato starch anywhere & went to several stores. Tapioca is better anyways, potato sounds strange! Next time will incorporate red bean paste somehow..I am thinking encasing it before it cools completely! So easy & so yummy & chewy!
