Awesome Spicy Beef Kabobs OR Haitian Voodoo Sticks

Great flavor! We cut the cayenne in half and may cut it back a little more next time. Will cut back on the salt next time as well. I soaked the veggies and beef in this for a couple of hours.

Blackened Chicken

I turned this dish into chicken kabobs and grilled them. Added red peppers, onions, pinapples and mushrooms. Soaked the peppers, onions and mushrooms in soysause before cooking. The chicken was a good flavor.

Baked French Fries I

Very simple, very tasty. I baked these on the BBQ grill, placed them in an aluminum pan and placed the pan on a pizza stone to keep them from burning on the bottom. I did end up adding salt and pepper to them after they baked, which we will add to the recipe at the beggining next time. Since I used the pizza under the pan, I did not need to flip the fries during the baking period.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Yep, this one is as good as everyone says. The only change for the recipe is that we grilled it in our Green Egg Grill. Set it on a pizza stone to keep the direct heat off of it and used lump charcoal as the fuel. Had a nice smokey grilled flavor with it.

Chicken Chili Hash With Peppers & Cilantro

This is a good recipe, used red peppers and tossed in a few jalapenos, might toss a few more in next time. The potatoes do take a little longer to cook. We will make it again.
