I have a wonderful recipe for Amish Swiss Steak, It is time consuming and requires an hour in the oven. I would love to change this to be placed in the slow cooker but am not sure how to do it. I don't want to make it too soupy. The only liquid in
the recipe is a can of cream of mushroom…
After 40 years of raising a family plus working I've become an avid horse and dog person. I'd much rather be in the barn than in the kitchen. I look for good but easy recipes that still taste home made.

My cooking triumphs
This past Passover my daughter and I prepared a passover seder for our congregation. There were 121 attendees. We did this inspite of my arm being in a cast due to a fractured wrist. It was lots of fun and bonding for my fifteen year old. She is in my pic with me at that seder.
My cooking tragedies
My first married dinner was Pork and Beans with hamburger. Ugh. Nothing has topped that.
