Tender Italian Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2012
This was an O.K. recipe... A little on the dry side but I may have baked them for a little too long... I think I will try again when I get more mayo.

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2012
Huge hit! MAKE SURE YOU WEAR GLOVES! I have made that mistake in the past.. I saw that other people put the assembled peppers in the freezer for a few minutes I had forgotten that step but mine didn't ooze out hardly at all and this was my first time making them! I also put them in the oven at 350 for about 30 minutes or so.. I did find it a little difficult to get all the seeds out (make sure you do it over the trash can!) but this is something I will make for every party we have.

Parmesan Knots

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2012
Sooooo good! I used the store brand jumbo flaky refrigerated biscuits (in the can) and I loved the outcome! All I had was shredded Parmesan and I didn't feel like getting the food processor out to make it into grated parm cheese but it worked really well. Also 1/2 c oil was the perfect amount for 3 cans of 8 biscuits. It's a little time consuming rolling each biscuit half if you're doing a big batch like I did but it was worth it. Will definitely make again!

Delicious Dog Treats

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2011
I changed this recipe a little becuase I know that sugar isn't good for dogs and they don't really care for it either. Instead, I used peanut butter (about 1/2 cup). I used 4 beef and 4 chicken bouillon cubes in 2 cups of boiling water instead of milk. I used parsley (about 1/4 cup) instead of paprika (I read a review where someone said parsley helps with dog's breath). I didn't use any poultry seasonings, butter, or milk. Again I don't think it's needed in a dog treat. Next time I think I will put more eggs and add garlic. But with the changes I made the first time, my dogs loved them! And they actually picked them over store bought!! That's a success in my book!
