Grilled Cheese with Tomato

AMAZING! I have had a hard time finding vegetarian sandwiches and this is not only vegetarian, but tasty! I reccomend fresh basil leaves and tomatoes, but if you don't have this it will turn out just fine.

Fluffy Cake Doughnuts

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2010
They turned out quite dry because I was unable to tell that they were done because they looked white still. Take them out at the right time! I didn't have any confectioners sugar so I dipped them in butter and rolled in sugar/cinnamon/brown sugar. Next time I will make the glaze! BTW, this is the same exact recipe I found on my doughnut pan box. Interesting. . .

Quick Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2010
This recipe was extremely easy. I thought that they were a little too oily and were hard to eat without chugging a glass of water. I made them for my gluten intolerant step-mom; she loved them! I plan on baking these again because of the simplicity!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies II

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2010
AWESOME! For "Pi Day", my math class was having a little celebration. We had to bring some thing that 34 kids could have and circular. I made these and they were a hit! They turned out very fluffy but a little dry. Because our oven is about 19 years old, I reduced the temperature to about 325 degrees and baked them for 8 minutes. I had a blast making these and the results were great!

Strawberry Cheesecake Quesadillas

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2010
When I first stumbled upon this recipe I thought it looked rather odd. Luckily I had all these ingredients so I thought I'd give it a try. I do recommend to carefully pull it out of the pan. When I did, the jelly had melted and poured everywhere.
