Pumpkin Pancakes

Delicious! Very moist and flavorful. Added about 3 T additional pumpkin and 2T sugar based on other reviews. Everyone loved them and they were gone quickly! Very filling.

Cranberry Pecan Salad

Delicious!!! I like a little tangier dressing, so added a bit more raspberry vinegar and sugar. The salad was delicious and received rave reviews at recent dinner party!

Sweet Potato, Carrot, Apple, and Red Lentil Soup

Delicious! I followed recipe, only added a bit more chili powder for a little kick. Hearty and filling- great for a chilly day!
