Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2012
Oh my this was wonderful and so easy! If you add any salt make it very minimal because the cajun seasoning is salty too. I made steamed broccoli to go with it and added dill while it was cooking. The extra sauce I had I dipped my broccoli into. Very good sauce!

It was good but felt like it was missing something... maybe I should have added some red bell peppers...

Terrific Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2012
wonderful. I added drained can of kidney beans and black beans and used drained diced tomatoes and just added some puree to it to taste/texture. Next time I will leave out the zucchini though because don't think it made a difference.

Heather's Healthy Oatmeal Surprises

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2012
Wow these were really good! They bake up really nice and stay soft on the inside after cooling. All I ever use is whole wheat flour so I loved this recipe. Using the whole wheat makes you fill up much faster!

Grandma Daly's Tuna and Tater Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2012
For me it was just ok. I needed to add a lot of salt and then added some hot sauce for more flavor. I think I would just prefer a normal tuna casserole w noodles... sorry!

Creamy Ham and Cheese Casserole

Pretty yummy and super easy! I need to find a way to make it less salty... may be if I could find some plain unseasoned croutons.

Reuben Casserole

This is really good! However, I still prefer to just make the sandwiches. And you can't beat homemade sauerkraut in this recipe if you can get your hands on some!

This is pretty good. My husband loved it more than I did. I love the way the mushrooms taste when this is all done. I liked it with couscous on the side.

Chicken Spectacular

I think the water chestnuts made the dish. Great texture. My husband really liked this dish. I had to add some Frank's red hot for more flavor.

Couscous a la Me!

Thank goodness for pregnant women and their cravings! This was wonderful! I think next time I will drain the tomatoes first, as it was a little too runny. I used flavored couscous. This will be on my dinner rotation now.

Wonderful. 2nd time I partially cooked the brown rice separately w a chicken bullion cube and then leave out the broth in the pot. It made it easier to cook through in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks for the recipe!

Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Do not bake for 30 minutes. Mine were done in about 15-20 min. Just make sure to check it at 15min. The fish had a good amount of flavor with not too much fat.

Sage Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2011
Wow! Really good. I will leave the salt out of the rub next time- and maybe use low sodium bullion because I did make gravy out of the drippings (for potatoes- pork didn't need any) and it was too salty. But the chops were so tender and had a ton of flavor. reheated the next day in microwave and was just as good!
