Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2014
Wonderful even without a couple igredients (onions, poppy seeds). I halved the sugar as suggested but kept the oil close to same as it's for the vinegar.

Thai Green Curry Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2014
First Thai curry dish I've made that tastes like real Thai! I added tofu and bell pepper while cooking chicken. Slicing fresh tomato wedges to top along with the cilantro was the finishing touch.

Amazing! Cheaper than pork and almost can't tell it's not except for the texture. Will make again for sure.

It was ok to me. More like just a sausage pancake than a casserole. Was a little dry for me.

Bacon Spinach Quinoa

wonderful and easy. I would suggest cooking the onion separately from the bacon so the bacon can crisp up better.

Roasted Vegetable Medley

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2014
wow! I didn't use parsnips and doubled the yams. I agree that it should be 400 degrees. I added garlic and salt to veggies before cooking. the basil is an amazing finishing touch. I made this to go along with "sage pork chops" and poured gravy over everything. YUM!

Yum! Even better the next day. I need to remember to make this early in the day and reheat for dinner. Lets the flavors meld better.

Sausage and Bean Ragout

GREAT! I used 1 pnd sausage and no ground beef. That was enough meat. I don't think it needs the cheese and I will probably use chicken sausage next time.

Chicken Chimichangas with Green Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2013
this is an amazing recipe! I used the electric skillet and didn't add any olives. WOW! I may just hand mix sauce next time instead of blender because it was a little runny.

Jalapeno Garlic Tilapia Pasta

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2013
Wonderful! I let the fish completely fall apart into the "sauce". I might try making sauce separate from the fish next time and pour over the fried filets. Maybe double the liquid needed for sauce (cream and lemon juice)?
