Butternut Squash and Spicy Sausage Soup

I don't like squash, but I had to give this a try. It was definitely worth it! I used pork sausage and added chopped celery. Also, to make it much quicker, microwave the squash. Cut the squash in half, remove the seeds. Put a little butter in each half, sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 5-7 minutes or until squash is tender. Then just scoop out of the peel and let cool before putting in the blender.

Creamy Tomato Soup

This recipe was fantastic. I made it for a party and it was completely gone afterwards. I tried it before the cream cheese and after and I will never make tomato soup without cream cheese again. The only thing was that it took a long time to melt the cream cheese.

Cheddar Broccoli Chicken and Mashed Potatoes

I didn't have cheese soup so I just used cream of chicken and added shredded cheese. Also I used Yukon Gold potatoes. This stuff was great. My family instantly wanted to know when we could have this again.
