Earl Grey Martini
Wow! This is fantastic. I used Earl Grey tea bags and put the gin (2 cups) and the tea bags (5 of them) into a Mason jar. I left it overnight in the refrigerator. I took the T-bags out the next day. This infused gin is now in the 'fridge ready for an evening "Greytini". I haven't changed anything else, yet, but I suspect that this might be good with Bacardi, vodka or even white tequila as the alcohol base.

Gin and Tonic
The way your taste buds detect the quinine in tonic is genetic. To me it is bitter and most unpleasant. To many others it is pleasant or is not tasted at all. I actually do quinine taste test as a biology lab when teaching genetics. In my experience more people like it than dislike it. So if you like it I imagine that it is really pleasant in a G&T, but for me - I prefer my gin in a martini!

Fresh Asparagus and Chicken Casserole
This is a really good recipe, especially with fresh asparagus. I didn't have a red bell pepper, so I left that out. I added a cup of shredded 4 cheese mix to the "wet ingredients" and I sprinkled another cup of it on the top before I put it in the oven. And I didn't fiddle with layers. I put the cooked pasta (bow ties) on the bottom of the greased casserole and combined all the other ingredients and poured them over the noodles. After 30 min @350F it was golden and YUMMY!!
