Mom said it was easy to make and it tasted WONDERFUL. She asked Jeanie to taste it and she did, and Mom said can you guess what is in the bread? Jeanie said ummm Raisins, walnuts, she couldn't guess the Pork n Beans and she just loved it. Mom said she is taking one to work for her friends to try. She said she will make it again....as she does love Pork n Beans on toast....

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II

Since I last posted about these "WONDERFUL" cookies. I started making these on my day off Wed. so now the kids in the neighborhood will call and ask are we having cookies this week? I even added some white chocolate chips, and mini chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips in these together. It also says something about not doubling the recipe. Well I changed mine to 48 servings in which I think is 12 dozen. I cook them for about 10 mins. and they turn out really chewy and little crunchy. But it can be done because I make LOTS for the kids around here. Thanks so for the recipe...and the kids thank you also.

Salsa Cube Steaks

I tried this recipe last night for my family. It was quick and very easy. It tasted real good. So I have chose to keep this recipe. I served with Mashed Potatos instead of Rice.

Strawberry Shortcut Cake

I came upon this recipe and I made it for a family gathering. It was sooo good everyone wanted the recipe. It was great and my boys and I dont care for strawberries but with this cake it was Great...
