To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2012
Very tasty, and I wanted more even after I was full. Very rich, not for the cholesterol or lactose weary people out there. Nice with a crisp salad.

MMMM! Had to make more as it went so quickly. The kids loved it, and they don't like zuchinni. This recipe is a keeper!

Red Velvet Cupcakes

nice, but didn't reach the wow factor I was expecting/hoping for. Everyone liked the colour of the muffins, and the flavour.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2012
Mmmmm, good. I burnt my tongue eating them straight out of the oven, but it was worth it ;-) It's going to be very hard to not to eat them all at once. I just added one cup of chocolate chips as that was all I had, but they are still good. Next time I will use two (and probably burn my tongue again!). Thankyou Dora!

Tender Italian Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2011
Delicious. I was also concerned about the mayonaise making it greasy, but it didn't. It just made it more tender. I paired it with "Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe" from this site. DIVINE!! Before I had time to say "dinner's ready", my kids had finished it all off. Will definitely be making it again. Thankyou Barb

Pumpkin Bread IV

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2011
WOW! Very esay to make, and everyone that has tasted it has commented positively on the taste, and the moistness of it. I normally make a mixture of loaves and muffins together. One person was torn between her dislike of pumpkin, and her desire to eat more because it tasted so good. Have made this many times. The only change I make is to substitute some of the oil for a pureed apple. Cut up, and cook one apple in mocrowave with water 30 seconds, puree it, then add oil to make the 1 1/2 cups that the recipe calls for. Delish!

All-in-One Casserole

Delicious, we will definitely be having this again. We are not fans of mushrooms, so I substituted dicesred bell pepper. The combination of colors made it look as good as it tasted. Thankyou Chefbound
