My husband loved this chicken! It's easy and fast to make and so flavorful and moist. I had a boo-boo foot and couldn't stand, so I cheated on the recipe. I used Italian bread crumbs so I wouldn't have to measure out anything. I used chicken thighs and baked at 375 for an hour. Perfect

Awesome Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

These are indeed Awesome!!! I watch 4-6 grandkids during the Summer and this recipe was the bomb! All the kids loved them and it was so easy for me. I used real butter and 2 pieces of cheese on each sandwich. My 9 year-old grandson asked me to please give this recipe to his mom. Delicious! Thank you!

Zucchini Stuffed Chicken

I really like to fix this recipe when I have company. It's simple to make but looks like you spent hours making. I used to make this frequently and then forgot about it. A little thing you can do to give it a really good flavor is to baste the chicken with honey about 15 minutes before the chicken is done.
