Easy Pancakes
Not a great recipe, lacked flavor. Needs vanilla, or a pinch of cinnamon, or even switch the sugar for brown sugar.

Banana Banana Bread
Not a good banana bread recipe at all! I won't make this recipe ever again. I had to seriously doctor it, to get it to turn out right. If I could have gave it less stars, I would have. I am a chef/baker. I know how to bake. I prepped my ingredients, followed the recipe. Turned out as a dough not a batter.This is a quick bread not a regular bread. Banana bread should be super moist and should almost fall apart in your hands, when you cut a slice. This was Hard, Dry and pretty tasteless. I added almost 1/2 a cup of milk to get it smoothed out and even added a bit of vanilla. Not only those changes, I used frozen bananas which have a lot of moisture, so it should have had enough moisture alone with that change.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
Did not like these cookies at all. Not sweet enough, not soft and fluffy. And they easily burned, if you left them in even a second too long. I think the oven temp needs to be turned down to 350 and atleast an extra half a cup of sugar should be added. They are sugar cookies after all. I gave them two stars, only because I'm a chef and I know what it takes to make a recipe.
