I am a divorced Mother of two grown daughters and four grandchildren. I am in a committe relationship to a man who loves to eat. Thats good because I love to cook and eat. I also have a Black Labrador Retriever who likes my cooking. My favorite thing to cook is spegetti. I also like to try different recipes. Being from the South I of course like to cook fried chicken and meat loaf. My Mother always cooked fried chicken, mashed potatoes, a vegetable, and tossed salad with her own dressing every Sunday. For Christmas you could always expect fruit salad and macaroni and cheese. I finally learned to make my Mothers potatoe salad and fried chicken. Still working on her chicken and dumplins.I just learned to poach am egg. I made a hersheys chocolate cake once and added baking powder to self rising flower. It tasted good, but boy was it ugly.
