Golden Cornmeal Yeast Buns

These were perfect for buns and I used them for Jamaican Black bean burgers they were a very nice compliment. I would definitely use this recipe again!

Ezekiel Bread I

The reason I give this bread a three our if five stars is because of the inability of my food processor to finely grind the wheat berries. If you have a flour mill this would probably be great but without it the bread is just full of wheat berries and the consistency is crumbly due to the lower gluten content. Note: when looking for wheat berries for breads look for hard not soft because the gluten content is higher, insuring a nicer bread. Also when grinding the flour the finer it is the more elasticity it will have allowing you to have a cutable loaf. The flavor was good and had a slight sweetness. I covered the tope of mine with honey and sunflower seeds and it added a nice sweet and nutty touch.

Tres Leches 'Three Milks'

This was very good. I made it for my birthday to switch it up and it worked. I made a whipped cream topping which was nice because it wasn't too sweet and balanced out the condensed milk. When adding the milk don't be afraid if it doesn't instantly absorb, it will. A light cream cheese topping would also be nice

Low-Fat Blueberry Bran Muffins

These are a no-guilt treat that has texture like no other muffin. They were very moist, I made my own apple sauce 1 apple=1/2 cup of apple sauce. I just put the apple in the food processor added a little water and the consistency was superb! The extra water from the fresh apple sauce added to the fluffy texture. Overall very refreshing, reminding me of spring!

George's Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies are very good, however, I added 3 cups of brown sugar and and no white sugar and they turned out perfect. Also when processing the oats I found it really helpful to also process the butter with it, make sure the butter is warmed though! The serving size was actually right on, that's a first!

The biscotti is good for a basic biscotti and can be improved by adding sliced almonds....I would recommend being very generous with the the flour when you are rolling the biscotti into the rolls. Also if you want longer biscotti make your rolls wider.

Indian Chicken Curry II

One word WOW. This dish is a huge hit.... the mixture of spices created a wonderful spicy zesty sensation. This is a wonderful recipe that leaves you smiling. After this meal the peach soup is a nice palette cleanser and is refreshing!
